What local generation costs, and what it buys
Generating game art through somebody else's API is easy until you read the terms, price it at volume, or need the same prompt to give the same result in six months. Homeforge runs the whole thing locally instead. This session covers why: ownership, cost at volume, reproducibility, and not having a supplier change the model underneath you. It covers what that actually takes in hardware and wall-clock time, and the cases where the local answer is the wrong one.

The last mile
Getting a verified game in front of players, and taking it down again
Research says what to build, two studios build it and Sealed Jars proves it does what it claims. None of that matters until a player can open the game. This session covers the last mile: what EverPool is, what it receives when a build is handed over, how a verified build becomes a released game, what happens when a problem turns up after release, and where the platform sits in a chain that runs from market research to the conference you are attending.
